The Porch Club of Riverton

Dr. Ellen Thomas, chiropractor and certified nutritionist, will present our program on February 4^th.   She will tell us about the many ways we can improve our eating habits and how to cope with certain physical problems.  Ellen will give us some chair exercises that we all can do, regardless of age.

Ellen is one of our members. Her grandmother was Myra Alcott.  Ellen lives in Cinnaminson and has her practice in Moorestown.  We are very happy to have Ellen present for us.
