Stoneleigh
You won't want to miss this chance to tour Philadelphia's newest garden, Stoneleigh, located in Villanova, PA, on Friday, October 4th from 10AM-11:30Am. Stoneleigh has been many things to many people throughout the yeas: a woking farm, a country retreat, a palatte for notable lanscape architects and a Tudor revival family home. Today, Stoneleigh is a place for visitors to enjoy its tanquil nature, delight in gardens that layer histoical designs with contemporary native plant species, and be inspired by the beauty and benefits of gaedening in concert with nature. We will also tour the house, which is generally closed to visitors. Stoneleigh is rich with native plants so that everyone may be inspired to think in new ways about their own properties.
